Sunnyland neighborhood is bordered by James St. and Roosevelt neighborhood to the east, the Lettered Streets and Cornwall Park neighborhoods to the West. I absolutely LOVE helping buyers and sellers in Sunnyland, because year after year it’s one of Bellingham’s fastest-selling, most desirable neighborhoods — and hottest markets! 

It’s characterized by plenty of older “character homes” with alley access in back, typically fenced back yards, sidewalks and is walking distance to downtown or Trader Joe’s. 

There’s a great front-yard social scene and plenty of pedestrian and bike traffic to keep the air fresh and the flowers bright.
