Whether you go to church, work, play golf, run the river, or go the park on Sunday, Sundays are for wisdom. So I’ve decided to celebrate the wisdom of Sundays on the blog by doing regular “NW ‘Words’ of Life” every Sunday.
I’ll share a quote — something that resonated with me, moved me, inspired me or made me pause long enough to reflect on what I’ve just heard or read. I’ve got a separate hard drive in my head for great quotes and sound bytes, and they stick with me forever. My brother Nick and I often share them back and forth for a few laughs.

I LOVE simple, powerful quotes, and this one spoken by my wife Heather may be the ultimate. Germany’s Johann Wolfgang von Goethe allegedly wrote the beautiful but much wordier version, “Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.”
