Sudden Valley Gets a New Jungle Gym at Huckleberry Park!

Sudden Valley residents near Gates 9 and 13 have a new attraction in the neighborhood: A brand-new Jungle Gym at Huckleberry Park!

The brightly-colored, towering structure was built by volunteers over the course of two weeks, and celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, August 15th, 2009.

Tons of Features!

Kids will enjoy half a dozen different slides, ladders and monkey bars, stairs and climbing walls, steering wheels, bongo drums and more. A new swingset is set just off to the side as well.

Huckleberry Park is a favorite meeting place for families, mom’s groups with their little tots, as well as younger teenagers hanging out after school and just about every other age group at one time or another.

The park also has a big grassy field and some shade trees, a picnic table, and some short trails through the nearby woods.

Next time you’re out, check out the new jungle gym at Huckleberry. Your kids will LOVE you for it!
